Move-Out Cleaning

Get your full damage deposit back

Moving out is stressful enough without losing part of your deposit to a “cleaning” deduction. Prairie Spotless provides professional move-out cleaning services in Winnipeg — the move-out cleaning specialist that cleans your empty unit to the standard landlords actually inspect against, so you walk away with every dollar of your deposit.

It comes with a deposit-back guarantee: if your landlord flags anything we cleaned, we come back and finish it free. That guarantee usually costs less than a single cleaning deduction.

What’s included

We clean the whole unit, empty and detailed — the spots that get inspected on a walkthrough:

• Kitchen — stovetop, counters, sink and cabinet fronts; inside the cabinets, oven and fridge as add-ons
• Bathrooms — tile, grout, fixtures, mirror, full sanitizing
• Everywhere — floors, baseboards, doors, light switches, handles, window sills
• Matched to your checklist — we work to common Winnipeg landlord move-out requirements

Moving in somewhere new?

The same empty-unit clean works for move-in day — we clean your new place before the boxes arrive so you start fresh. Just ask and we’ll time it to your possession date. Move-in and move-out cleaning are the same service at opposite ends of a move, and we do both across Winnipeg.

Pricing

Our move-out estimates are set by the size of your unit, at $50 per person-hour + 5% GST ($50 minimum). The final bill is the time the clean actually takes — if it’s quicker, you pay less; if it takes longer, you pay more. Get your estimate in under a minute, or request a quote and we’ll reply the same day.
